Dr. Christina Lai

Dr. Christina Lai is a renal physician based in Sydney, Australia. She is a staff specialist at Concord Reptriation General Hospital and the Director of Trainee in Unaccredited Positions.

The key areas of focus in her medical practice are empathy, understanding and education, in order to empower patients and their families to fully engage in their medical care and recovery.

She also promotes leadership and management education to medical staff with the goal of improving workplace culture, increasing productivity and helping medical staff to achieve fulfilment in their medical careers.

Dr. Lai is a graduate of the University of New South Wales. She holds a PhD focused on early immunological and clinical events in kidney transplantation and was awarded the Early Career Researcher Award by the Transplantation Society of Australia and New Zealand.
